Warm Weather Shipments

Our Wilmington, NC location is near many fine beaches, so we're big fans of the warm weather months. Unfortunately, some of the products we sell may not feel the same about the sizzling days and sultry nights of summer.

Although we promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse and place a 'Protect From Heat' label on all outgoing boxes, we have no control over the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the trip from our door to yours.

Tips to Avoid Warm Weather Issues

  1. To reduce transit time, consider choosing FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight during warm weather months.
  2. Avoid packages being left outside. Some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address during the summer. Others choose an alternate location like a friend, neighbor or relative’s home.

Simple Solution to a Sticky Situation If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened items in the refrigerator for about an hour. For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste.

Shipping Within The United States

At we feel it is important to offer you FAST order processing, and FAST delivery. Standard Ground Shipping within the United States is via FedEx Ground. Fedex Smart Post or USPS Priority Mail service. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico is by USPS Priority Mail Service as Standard Ground Shipping is unavailable. See "Shipping TO Hawaii and Alaska" for more information.

Faster shipping options, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight, are also available. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of all your packages. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.

FedEx Ground Estimated Transit Times (in business days)

Delivery to Residential addresses is Tuesday-Saturday, between 9am and 8pm.
Delivery to Business addresses is Monday-Friday, by the end of business day.

Free Shipping


  • Free Ground Shipping to the Contiguous United States is by FedEx Ground, Fedex Smartpost or, in some cases, USPS Priority Mail.
  • For FedEx Ground Delivery we must have a physical street address. PO boxes are not deliverable by FedEx.
  • Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.
  • Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses is by USPS Priority Mail service or Fedex Smartpost.
  • All Free & Flat Rate Shipping options are comparable in delivery time frame. The most appropriate choice for your address and order will be selected by our team.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to shipping charges, and are shipped by FedEx Express or USPS Priority Mail Service. If ordering online, at the shipping page, enter your shipping address, click the "Check Shipping Rates" button and select the desired shipping method "FedEx" (1-2 days) or "USPS Priority Mail"(4-5 days). If you prefer to call Customer Service to place an order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, one of our friendly representatives will gladly assist you: 1-800-993-1143.

FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2Day

We also offer two faster shipping options (FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2Day) within the United States. Note that shipping and delivery days for both services are Monday thru Friday only. You will be able to get a rate quote for these FedEx services during checkout.

International Shipping ships diet and nutritional supplements to the select group of countries shown below. Free shipping is NOT available for international orders, therefore do NOT select the FREE "Ground Shipping (Contiguous US)" shipping option during checkout.

Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country.

We currently offer 2 international shipping options FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy to a select group of international locations: FedEx International Priority (approximately 1-3 business days) and FedEx International Economy (approximately 3-5 business days*).

International Shipping Terms & Conditions:

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.'s prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
