Smooth, Creamy, and Healthy!
by astro on 3/22/2011
The Chocolate Protidiet Pudding is fantastic. I am always craving pudding, but I don't want to eat the mass-merchandised unhealthy stuff they sell in the stores. This pudding is not only high in protein and calcium, but it is much lower in sodium than many other comparable brands of diet puddings, which is very important to a health-conscious consumer such as myself. When mixed well and chilled, this pudding is satisfyingly smooth, creamy, and chocolatey; it truly satisfies my desire for both delicious and nutritious!

Mix in a small bowl and place in freezer for about 10 minutes .... like a frozen mousse! The ProtiDiet products are the only ones that have consistently worked for me.

I've tried the chocolate and the vanilla flavors. Both are bland, especially the chocolate, which doesn't taste chocolately at all.
