  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

This makes for a nice meal. I sometimes add a small side salad and make a nice lunch for myself. (Updated on 2/20/2011.)

It had a overall good flavor. I hate olives. I picked out as many as possible. Had it not been for the olives it would have been great.

Love this lasagna, it has black olives in it for some texture, I sprinkle parm on the top and it is great.

Vegetable Lasagna

This was pretty good. I could still tell it was a "diet" food (unlike some other products from this website which don't taste "diet" to me) but it was still good. I am about 5 months out of gastric bypass surgery (130 lbs so far!) and this is just what I needed to help me get my pasta fix without cheating!
