  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

Almost as good as the turkey chili!

This is very good, not quite as good as the turkey chili but still very tasty and filling. Excellent vegetarian option?

Satisfyting meal replacement

This is a good tasting product. You can't espect the same taste as a regular chili, but with adding a spice or two and some hot sauce, it really is very good. I know this is just one person's opinion, but it is good. I don't think any of us got to this point on this website by eating lower calories and lower fat by choice. So, understand it's not the same as what you're used to but you really don't have to do much compromising with the taste on this product. :)
