When you’re in the mood for something healthy, hearty and fast, just open up one of these single-serving packets, add the contents to a cup of cold water and heat on the stovetop or microwave. Then, get set to enjoy this delicious combination of tomatoes, onion, garlic and herbs. This soup is so good you just might forget you are also giving your body 15 grams of protein and a healthy amount of calcium (20% DV) in every serving!
Empty contents of one packet into a large cup or bowl. Add 1 cup (240 ml.) of cold water. Stir until smooth.
Stove-top: Heat on medium while stirring occasionally until boiling point is reached.
Microwave: Heat on HIGH for 1 ½ minutes. Remove from microwave, stir and reheat for another 30 seconds.
Let rest before consuming.
