Gelatin was probably one of the first foods you consumed after bariatric surgery. If you haven’t tried gelatin since you moved on from your post-surgery clear liquid diet, we’ve got a treat for you that just might change the way you think about this classic dessert. Bariatric Choice Strawberry Banana Gelatin has a surprisingly fun taste that welcomes the addition of your favorite fruits. Isn’t it time you added some fun to your healthy eating plan?

Empty contents of one packet into a small bowl. Add 2 oz (60 ml.) of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add 2 oz (60 ml.) of cold water; mix well and chill refrigerator for approximately 2 to 2½ hours.

I like to make 2 packets at a time. Good taste. great for hot days.
Tasty but you can tell there is protein in it

If you compare this to regular Jell-O the regular stuff will win hands down but for 15 grams of protein and no sugar it's pretty darn good. For folks who dare bored of the standard protein drinks this is good.

Great satisfying taste! Love its flavor! I make up several packets at one time then after it gels I use a potato masher, mashing it into spoonable slivers, then measure it out into 1/2 cup servings.
Good but little amount

Good taste but very small amount. It only makes about 6 oz of gelo. Bummer!
