There isn't one thing that I don't like. I am very happy with the variety of items and the flavors are quite tasty.

I was reluctant that the food would be tasty- so far I'm happy to say I think all the food is good- except the cheesecake( I'm not a fan of cheesecake normally) it's just a bit too dense for me- I was shocked when I weighed in the first week and lost 8 lbs! The best part is no major hunger pains no headaches and more energy!

I am really happy with my kit. I am ordering for my second month. The products were packaged so well, the variety of food is good and I think it's a good value. I would be paying this much a month on junk food and eating out. This is really convenient. The Hot Cakes were a nice surprise. I will say with the 7 meal plan you will not be hungry at all. When they say to drink 8 glasses of water a day, they are correct. I also added Citrucel to my plan. It works great in the vanilla shake too.

The following are general guidelines for the WonderSlim Diet Plan:
- You may also use spices, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, sugar free gelatin, and listed beverages as desired.
- Take 1 multivitamin, 2 to 4 EFA softgels and drink at least 8-eight ounces of water or non-caloric beverage daily.
- Foods may be rearranged within one day to meet your schedule or personal preferences.
- Use the Food Selection List on the back of your meal plan to plan your Healthy Meal, Fruit selection, and to create a shopping list.
- Prepare food by Baking, Boiling, Broiling, Grilling, Roasting or Steaming. NO Frying!
