The reason why I love this multi-vitamin so much is because it does not have the pill coating that usually makes me sick to my stomach. I've always hated taking vitamins for that reason. Now I know I am getting all my essential vitamins while on this diet.

Great basic vitamin

I've been taking these for two months. Just opened my third bottle yesterday. All of my lab numbers for essential vitamins and minerals are back up in the normal range except for D and K, which I have prescriptions for.
