Soft and chewy, with a good flavor. These do the job and give you a good amount of protein. I'm not wild about all the carbs in them, but they do taste pretty good. Not the same as a piece of chocolate with marshmallow fluff on it, but not terrible tasting.

I tried the new wonderslim bars and I really enjoyed them. If you need a chocolate boost or just something sweet then try the chocolate bars they are really good and if all you need is a little peanut butter then try the peanut butter bar they both are out of this world.

So far I've had the Marshmallow Chocolate Cookie bars and the Creamy Peanut Butter bars. Both are really delicious. And no after taste from either product. However, I do have one complaint - They are VERY SOFT. I like to carry a few protein bars in my handbag for "emergencies". I can't do that with either of these because they ARE so soft. If they've been in my handbag for even 30 minutes, when I attempt to remove the wrapping from either product, the bars wind up sticking to the wrapping, which makes it impossible to eat. So in place of them, I carry some other protein rich bar(s). Other than that, I love them! Hoping to try the new Zesty Lemon bars as soon as they're back in stock. (Updated on 5/20/2011.)

I tried the marshmallow chocolate cookie. They tasted good and chocolaty but they are really sweet. They are not something I could eat everyday. If you are looking for a good protein bar that doesn't taste "too sweet" get the bariwise rocky road bars or caramel crunch bars.

The bars tasted okay, but they were high in sugar and made my stomach a little upset.
Unfortunately, I will not be ordering these again. I have, though, liked my other products that I have ordered from Bariatric Choice.
