I had a specific purpose in taking this supplement, so after I have my lab work repeated mid-July, I'll be back to let you know how it goes. At this point, I have nothing great to say, but nothing negative either.

It was stuck together

When these came they were literally stuck together and it smelled funny. I could still take them but they need to be carefully pulled apart.
