Directions:
For a Shake:
- Place contents of one packet into a (10 oz.) glass, shaker cup or blender.
- Add 8 ounces of cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.
For a Pudding:
- Place contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
- Add 4 ounces of cold water and mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve. Pudding thickens upon standing. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.

These taste great not only as a shake, but are excellent for that night snack you need when you're craving chocolate. I make mine when I'm preparing dinner so they chill for maybe an hour or so. I come home from my walk and pull it out of the fridge. The chocolate tastes just like Jello pudding.

These wonderful shakes help me maintain and control my weight. If I gain a couple lbs...I rely more on the shakes and go right back down. while maintaining..I have one every morning over ice and most times mix with a banana in blender over ice.

The taste is great so if you have a craving for something sweet this will work. The bonus is the additional protein and the ease of mixing the pudding for an at work snack. The chocolate cream and cocomint are both great.
