Directions:
For a Shake:
- Place contents of one packet into a (10 oz.) glass, shaker cup or blender.
- Add 8 ounces of cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.
For a Pudding:

This is good enough, it tastes exactly like Medifast did when I used it in 1985. I like chocolate and vanilla best, try mixing them with diet cream soda - it helps. Not a nice pudding, better to get it down while it's a shake.

This is pretty terrific diet food. I use it as my 'first breakfast' at 7 am, then have an eggwhite omelet around 11 to get me through the next few hours. It is yummy--wait a few minutes after you mix it up and it turns into a nice pudding texture. I don't like food with aspartame, but I make an exception for this stuff because it really does help me lose weight.

My favorite is the shakes/pudding, I've enjoyed all the flavors......I found that I really like the Mocha, Strawberry and Vanilla cream. The other item I find very tasty is the chocomint bar. :O)

I'm coming up on 1 year out from my surgery and found these shakes for my pre-surgery diet. They are so good that I use them all the time as my choice for breakfast. My favorites are the chocolate and mocha. They mix well in my hand shaker, taste delicious and keep me full for at least 3 to 4 hours. It's a great way to get your protein boost for the morning and start your day on track for your protein intake. I do 2 shakes in 16 oz of H2O in the morning and get 30 Gms of protein with only 200 calories. I've recommended them to some friends who were having trouble finding protein shakes w/o an aftertaste, and they have all loved these shakes.

I mix these with 5 oz of cold water instead of 4 oz and for me they still set up softer and creamy. I really like the vanilla more than the chocolate. I will order the vanilla again, but not the chocolate. I'm going to try the dark chocolate pudding instead of this lighter chocolate flavor.

Co-worker let me try the chocolate cream and its the best I've ever had. Most give that awful taste but this if they stop selling it I won't know what to do. I'm one month out of surgery and I've tried many brands of protien drinks. Please please don't stop selling these.

WoW! what wonderful product. I LOVE the Chocolate Cream, Mocha, and Chocomint. I make pudding for breakfast, am, and mid-afternoon snack. I use a beater to mix the pudding smooth. I have lost 12 pounds of in 3 weeks. I will order more pudding/shake mix.
