Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 6 ounces of HOT water in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thick consistency. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed).
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 6 ounces of HOT water in a saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.

I had some chili in the freezer so I added this product to it and made it a much better (from a nutritional standpoint) meal for me. Since we can't eat much at a time, these products really make me feel that I am getting enough protein.

This chili is great all by itself! I tried it plain, it was good. Then I added more ground beef, corn and onions and it was fantastic! I love the taste. I had to add more water because it does get thick. I love this item. Great to take to work for a good hot lunch. This will be a regular item for me.

This is so good. As with the oatmeal, I liked it so much, I gave some to my adult daughter, she loved it also. Pair this with a salad and you have a very satisfying meal.

This is absolutely my favorite packaged meal on this website. I dice up about 1/8 cup of onion an a little garlic and saute in a little olive oil then add the chili and water. then I add a little tomato and cheese and I'm in heaven!!! You can also add a dolup of sour cream. I love this chili, it's awesome and I order every time I place an order through this site.

This Chili is very good. I eat it everyday for lunch. I add 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese and 4 crushed crackers for a very enjoyable lunch. This is the right amount for my Gastric bypass pouch. I will continue to purchase the product.

I did not like this product. It has a bad taste to start with (in my opinion) and then the taste lasts on in your mouth for HOURS afterwards....and this includes after brushing your teeth and even eating another meal. Also, it blew my stomach up each time I tried it (twice). I decided to purchase after all of the great reviews, but this was a miss for me!
