Ingredients:
Rolled Oats, Milk Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Potassium Caseinate, Fructose, Gum Arabic, Dehydrated Apples, Corn Bran, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Salt, Cinnamon, Guar Gum, Sucralose.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Comments: I added 1oz of extra water when cooking, this helps with the thickness issue and then added 12 tsp of brown sugar splenda to sweeten and an extra sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Excellent!

Comments: This has a great aroma, but will make you gag because it is stringy and you can't get it off your spoon without scraping. It has great potential, but really needs work. I had great expectations due to the fiber content, but very dissapointed.
