Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 5 ounces of hot water in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thick consistency. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed).
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 5 ounces of HOT water in a saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.

I enjoyed this very much. It was flavorful and is perfect for lunch. Just make sure you microwave it in a tall bowl. It tends to bubble up over.

I received this as a "try me" sample and loved it so much that I ordered 2 boxes! It has just the right amount of cheese and spices. I was concerned that it would have too much garlic, but it does not. It tastes just like Hamburger Helper. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was so happy that this actually tastes great. It is not a tremendous amount of food, but paired with a veggie its enough. I have had Medi-fast before which was horrible and I actually threw it away. I bought this hoping that it wasn't going to be anything like that, happily it isn't. I use a little Pam spray in the bowl to try to help prevent sticking.
