Directions:
MICROWAVE:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 4 minutes or until the noodles are tender. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)
STOVE-TOP:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring frequently. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing.

Love this stuff. I cook on the stove top. Think it comes out better. It is always great to have on hand when I'm in a hurry and didn't plan for something to eat. I usually add a little extra cheese to it.

This is good stuff. I can never cook it in the microwave, because it boils over. So I cook it on the stovetop - no problem. Good flavor and texture, cooks fast. When you need some comfort food, this works!

I have a hard time believing that this mac and cheese is diet food. It is way too goood, and yummy to be diet food. I made the mistake of using the microwave to cook mine, and it boiled over because I used skim milk in place of water to cook it. The next time, I will use the stove and cook it in a pot. I almost ate three more packets, it was so good. Who needs Kraft, when you can have this, and lose weight without being deprived of your favorite foods.

I live by the products on this site and the mac n cheese gets a hands down from me. Very bland and leaves a bad aftertaste in your mouth. I bought some of the other entrees and loved them but this one got thrown in the trash.
