Directions:
MICROWAVE:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 4 minutes or until the noodles are tender. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)
STOVE-TOP:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring frequently. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing.

This is a pretty good dish. I put garlic-pepper on it and a little bit of low-fat cheese and it makes a great lunch. I am surprised at how filling and good these products are. I use to eat the lean cuisines but i keep finding myself going back to my stash of Wonderslim products.

I got my shipment of entrees the other day. I have tried several of the hot drinks, and protein bars so far and have been very satisfied so I decided to try some entrees. This was the first one I tried. I am a big fan of Alfredo so I was very excited. The portion is very nice, and its quite filling on its own. I would have given it 5 stars if it didn't have a slight after taste. All in all I LOVE this and will purchase it again. (Updated on 4/4/2011.)

This would get more than 5 stars if I could! There is NO weird soy aftertaste. It's absolutely delicious!!! This will be a regular purchase from me. When the family's eating pasta, I'll make this for myself!
