Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure; add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved. Let stand 1 minute.
- Pour into a small Pyrex or other glass bowl.
- Cover with paper towel and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 70 seconds; lift paper towel to check for doneness
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
- Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure; add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved. Let stand 1 minute.
- Coat a small fry pan with a non-stick spray and heat pan over MEDIUM heat.
- Pour egg mixture into the hot pan and cook until the bottom is brown.
- Flip over onto a plate and serve.

Could barely stomache 1 bite of this. Very powdery and the smell is absolutely horrible! Tastes NOTHING like eggbeaters or real eggs.

These are good, if cooked right. If you do not let them sit, like the instructions say, or if you overcook them, they will NOT be good. They will be like rubber. The first time I cooked them I overdid it and I could literally pick them up as one whole rubber circle.
However, cook them right and they are good.

I will probably not purchase this again,as I think the real thing is much better. However, that said, I have tried it both microwaved and stove top. I think it retains it's moisture better in the micro. You must let it set before cooking though as the instructions say or it won't taste good at all.

This product tasted very salty to me, and I LOVE salt. The texture and taste were just o.k. I like real eggs a lot...one of my favorite foods. So I should have known better than to try something like this. I don't even like eggbeaters, so this is just not for me. If you like eggbeaters though, this might be fine for you. I'll have to mix it with several real eggs and make omelets for two in order to use it. Otherwise, it'll stay in the cabinet forever!

I honestly thought it was so awful I couldn't swallow it. The taste and texture were bad. I was so hoping to like it due to the amount of protein in it - but definitely couldn't even eat a second bite due to the taste.

The first time I fixed this I was convinced it was not worth the trouble. However, when I are it I was hooked. This is the only breakfast offering on this site that I enjoy. I would recommend it highly. I often add some grated cheese on the top. Good source of protien for the amount of calories consumed.

This product is a little too cheesy tasting for me, but can be prepared in seconds and are filling. They do have an egglike consistency and I will eat them again if I am in a hurry. They didn't take as long to cook in my microwave as the directions say. 80 seconds at medium power and they were done.
