MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

  1. Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure; add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved. Let stand 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a small Pyrex or other glass bowl.
  3. Cover with paper towel and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 70 seconds; lift paper towel to check for doneness

STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:

  1. Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure; add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved. Let stand 1 minute.
  2. Coat a small fry pan with a non-stick spray and heat pan over MEDIUM heat.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the hot pan and cook until the bottom is brown.
  4. Flip over onto a plate and serve.

Wonderful!

I was so surprised at how much I love these eggs. I prepared mine in my mini cupcake/muffin maker. It made 5 mini like quiches. Very yummy and ps-- I let it sit 1 minute after mixing.

In fairness, only made once on stove top and probably overlooked but I didn't like the flavor at all. Might try again in microwave. But it's pretty easy to crack an egg, too

Tasty and easy

Easy to make and tasty. It can easily be overcooked and dried out, however, so I've found it important to remove the omelet from the heat as soon as it is set.

Okay, so I just had my first omelet.

I was hesitant because of the dry egg package. To my surprise, it was really good. For 90 calories, it tasted good and was filling and satisfying. I say anyone who is leery of packaged eggs, go for it. I bet you are pleasantly surprised. (Updated on 6/30/2012.)

This is good for a quick change of pace for breakfast. I followed the directions and cooked it in the microwave. I thought it was good.

These are good, if cooked right. If you do not let them sit, like the instructions say, or if you overcook them, they will NOT be good. They will be like rubber. The first time I cooked them I overdid it and I could literally pick them up as one whole rubber circle.

However, cook them right and they are good.

like i wrote before ok but forgot to mention ,they can be very rubbery, that i do dislike hard to swallow.
