Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

I hadn't tried this before, and wasn't sure what to expect. It didn't look like very much food as it was cooking.
But, very tasty and I felt satiated. Nice with a salad or some veggies.
I found it helpful to wait about a minute after the first 3 minute zap in the microwave; it seems to help the macaroni absorb more of the water.
And, of course the portability of the packets makes it very easy to take to work.

I thought this was great! Much better than I had anticipated. I bought this not knowing what I would get but it was very tasty and perfect for keeping at the office on the days I can't run out for lunch. I am going to take a few packets home so I can have that "comfort food" meal when I need it. A smart way to indulge without being bad!

This dish I didn't expect it to turn out to be so good. I've been struggling to find the food to satisfy my pallet with the right amount of protein and this was spot on! This will stay on the list and hopefully it will never get dropped.

I tried the steak mac and cheese yesterday and wasn't exactly thrilled. There didn't seem to be much flavor at all. I don't think I will be ordering these again.

Now THIS is one of the ones I will be buying again and again! Tastes great! I am 9 months post op, from 320 to 198 and it is because of products like this that I am able to continue losing. I like to eat this as the main course and maybe add some more meat into it and i'll accompany it with some greens (brussel sprouts, broccoli, peas, etc.) and a piece of whole wheat bread. I'll have this meal at least once every two weeks! DELICIOUS!

I would rate this entree at the top of the list of all the bariatric food I have eaten. It tastes as good as any "regular" foods I have enjoyed prior to my surgery. This will be one of the stables of my ongoing diet. I highly recommend it.

with this and the Nacho cheese entree...I add different things to make it even better.
Personally I add a little diced tomatoes or rotel tomatoes, sometimes I add chives, sometimes paprika...i add red pepper flakes, and sprinkle a little parmesean cheese after cooking. Very good! I had gastric bypass august 20th, 2008...lost 125 lbs and am at goal....been eating these entrees since about 4 months out from surgery.
