At BariatricChoice.com we feel it is important to offer you FAST order processing, and FAST delivery. Standard Ground Shipping within the United States is via FedEx Ground® or USPS Priority Mail service. Ground Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico is by USPS Priority Mail Service. Faster shipping options, FedEx 2Day® and FedEx Overnight®, are also available. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of all your packages. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.

Delivery to Residential addresses is Tuesday-Saturday. Delivery is between 9am and 8pm.
Delivery to Business addresses is Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of business day.

Effective March 31, 2010 we do not offer "free shipping" to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Orders of $79 or more addressed to a location within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) qualify for FREE Ground Shipping.

Remember - For FedEx Ground Delivery we must have a physical street address. PO boxes are not deliverable by FedEx. Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery.
- Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses is by USPS Priority Mail service.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are subject to shipping charges, and are shipped by USPS Priority Mail Service. If ordering online, at the shipping page, enter your shipping address, click the "Check Shipping Rates" button and select "USPS Priority Mail" shipping option. If you prefer to call Customer Service to place your Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International order, one of our friendly representatives will gladly assist you: 1-800-993-1143.
FedEx Overnight® and FedEx 2Day®
We also offer two faster shipping options
(FedEx Overnight® and FedEx 2Day®) within the Continental United States. Note that shipping and delivery days for both services are Monday - Friday only. You will be able to get a rate quote for these FedEx services during checkout.
International Shipping
Effective March 31, 2010 we do not offer "free shipping" to Canada.
BariatricChoice.com ships diet and nutritional supplements to the select group of countries shown below. Free shipping is NOT available for international orders, therefore do NOT select the FREE "Ground Shipping (Continental US)" shipping option during checkout. Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. BariatricChoice.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. BariatricChoice.com will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country.
We currently offer 2 international shipping options to a select group of international locations: USPS Priority Mail International (approximately 7-14 shipping days*) and USPS Express Mail International (approximately 3-7 shipping days*) service. Free shipping is NOT available for international orders, therefore do NOT select the FREE "Ground Shipping (Continental US)" shipping option during checkout.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. BariatricChoice.com's prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to BariatricChoice.com for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from BariatricChoice.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to BariatricChoice.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

SUMMER SHIPPING INFORMATION:
During summer months we are not responsible for the melting of protein bars while in transit. We do place a “Protect from Heat” label on all our boxes, but once your order leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control.
No returns or credits on protein bars or any product because package contents have been left on your porch or outside in the heat. We suggest having your order shipped to your place of business or to a neighbors’ home, or anywhere that it can be taken inside immediately.
HERE'S A TIP: If your order containing protein bars has been in the heat for any length of time, unpack your box, and without touching or smashing individual bars, place the boxes of protein bars (or individual protein bars, if not packaged in boxes) in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition, although they might not be quite as pretty.
