For a protein bar these are by far the best tasting to me. As a candy bar substitute I'd say no. Go buy a nice dark chocolate bar, eat half and give the other half to a friend!

ohhh man! I thought I was eating a well known crunch bar, my daughter fights me for a piece every time I open one up. Great for those weak moments when you feel you will eat the wrong thing.

I thought - WOW - a chocolate bar !! But, sorry to say, it tasted waxy and had an atrocious after-taste that just stuck inside your mouth forever! Tossed the box. Will not buy again. Sorry.

This def. tasted like diet chocolate. I think I would be better off getting a small portion of something of the real stuff to satisfy my craving. I loved the idea of the high-protein chocolate though. Maybe if I tried ordering them in the winter (they had melted in the box and were misshapen when I got them) they will be better...
