the secret to these shakes when there is no blender.add a very little amount of warm or hot water and shake hard. then fill the remaining amount with ice cold water. Mixes excellent everytime

This is easy to use and good to take with you one the go. Have also put this in coffee instead of milk and is very good.

Good idea but not implemented very well. I only tried the vanilla, the taste was fine but product does not mix well at all. Most of the product remains at the bottom of the container no matter how hard you shake it. Stirring it up a little and then shaking again produced only marginal results with lots of clumps of product still there. If it doesn't mix well it sort of defeats the purpose of this product. The other mix like this (Wonderslim) mixes very well.
