1 out of 5 stars Rubbery

These were rubbery with no bacon flavor. I tried using more water and stirring more frequently while cooking. That helped, but they were still bland.

5 out of 5 stars Preparation of these is the key!

I love these, but I don't prepare them as the directions say and I think that is the key. They are really more like scrambled eggs the way that I cook them. First of all, I add more water than is called for. I cook them for about 30 seconds and stir and then continue cooking them while I stand at the microwave and watch to make sure they don't get cooked too much. If you overcook them, they are bad - rubbery tasting. But if you are careful, like I said, adding more water and stirring in between (and often not cooking quite as long as is called for), I think they are great! I do also add salt and pepper (just as I would with a regular scrambled eggs). This is another one of my favorites!

3 out of 5 stars bacon egg omlet mix
by Crickett from Tuscaloosa, Al on 2/9/2009
Recommends it to Friends: No
These have a rubbery texture and not much taste. I sure didn't taste a bacon flavor. There were eatable when I added some salt, pepper and some salsa. I won't buy again though.

I do not recommend this product. I bought them because they were on sale; big mistake. They have a rubbery texture and very little taste.
