These are pretty good, I just ordered a flavor I thought I would like and really didn't. My grandson, loves them, so I let him have them for a sweet snack. Little does he know they are really good for him.

I have tried both flavors and really like the caramel bars (the chocolate were OK, but I'm not really a chocolate person). These bars fit right into my doctor's recommendations for a protein bar with a good balance of calories to protein, low fat, low sugar and a fair source of fiber.
