Vitamin A (44%), Vitamin C (23%), Iron (16%), Calcium (13%).

Ingredients:
Textured Soy Protein Concentrate (caramel color), Dehydrated Kidney Beans, Dehydrated Tomato, Sugar, Paprika, Spice, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Modified Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Vegetable Oil Shortening (Soybean and Cotton Seed Oil), Flavor, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Green Bell Peppers, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Yeast Extract, less than 2% Calcium Silicate added to prevent caking.

Directions:
MICROWAVE: Different microwave models will vary preparation time and results. Empty packet contents into a serving bowl. Add 8 oz. (250ml) of hot water. Stir well until dissolved. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir, microwave again for 3 minutes. Stir and let cool for 2 minutes. Add seasoning if necessary to meet your taste requirements.

I first bought this through my doctor but have found it is a little cheaper on this site. I love this chili. The flavor is very good and it is filling. I add a little more water than it calls for but you can try different amounts. It has real chili beans and hamburger.
