I highly recommend Pro to Go Protein Drinks. There are flavors I like better than others but you should try each one for yourselves because you never know what YOU would prefer personally. These drinks are far better than the protein drinks you get at the health food stores.

Too Lumpy

I was looking forward to trying these protein shakes because of the different flavors that I couldn't find in my local stores and the high amount of protein per serving. I mixed them with fat free milk instead of water, so maybe that was the problem. They never mixed well. They all came out lumpy, so every time I took a drink I got little lumps of powder in my mouth. The chocolate one was the worst. Even after mixing it, shaking it and stirring it, nothing worked. I ended up throwing them away.

I really like the other flavors of this protein shake, but the Strawberry Shake is my least favorite. It doesn't mix well with water and there are big clumps left over after shaking. Also, it has a foamy layer on the top that is thick and icky. My favorites so far are the Creamsicle, Pineapple Orange and the Banana Berry shake. They all mix smoothly, no clumps, and taste great!

Pro To Go is realy a life saver for me and has helped me on numerous occasions. I always watch calories and only 100 calories is just the right amount for an emergency snack when I'm on the go. Since Bariatric Surgery two years ago, I am continually making sure I get protein I need even in most drinks I use. Wow! The many great flavors (I love the Creamsicle Shake} and ease in using Pro To Go is just an added bonus. I'll never tire of it!
