I am always a skeptic when it comes to protein drinks. The nasty gritty after taste and all. When I got my shakes I immediately placed them in the refrigerator and when it got cold I pour my self some of the Pro Smooth with a cup of ice and was totally satisfied with the chocolate flavor drink! I absolutely love it and will buy more chocolate drinks. It also fills you up. Just wish the cost was a lot less so I can buy a lot of them.

This is pretty expensive and is a lot of liquid in one can. I would normally rather have a shot of liquid protein, but the taste is fine and there are times when one enjoys setting around with others and sharing a drink with friends. I can take this to a meeting and drink while others are eating their lunch. I am glad we have various options available to us. I will order this along for those appropriate occassions. I have had both the chocolate and the vanilla and they are both good. It is worth trying.

I just got it today and sampled a can of the chocolate, still warm, straight off the FedEx truck. It's great! It's not slimey or grainy, it's like chocolate milk. I'm so thankful to have finally found a high protein drink that doesn't taste like baby spit-up smells! I have to get busy here and order more. I certainly want to keep a good supply. I have only tried the chocolate at this point, but it's very good! Make sure you drink this really cold because that's when it tastes the best. The consistency is more like chocolate milk than a smoothie but at 50 g of protein you can't go wrong and it tastes great! If you let it sit too long, though, it will dry against the glass or can and flake...
