Cauliflower Casserole

Cauliflower Casserole
1 pkt WonderSlim® Cheesy Mac Pasta Mix
1 cup Warm Water
1 cup Cauliflower, cooked

Directions
Place contents of packet in a medium size microwave-safe bowl. Add warm water and mix until ingredients are thoroughly moistened. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 6-8 minutes. (Stir halfway through cooking time). Add cauliflower and microwave for 2 more minutes or until sauce has thickened. Sauce will continue to thicken upon standing (1-2 minutes). Serve immediately.

Cheesy Broccoli and Mushroom Pasta

1 pkt WonderSlim® Cheesy Mac Pasta Mix, prepared
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Broccoli, cooked
1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced

Directions
Combine mix and water in a medium sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes. Stir in broccoli and mushrooms. Microwave an additional 2-3 minutes until pasta is tender.

Cheesy Zucchini and Tomato Casserole

1 pkt WonderSlim® Cheesy Mac Pasta Mix, prepared
1 cup Zucchini, sliced, cooked
1 small Tomato, sliced thin
1/2 tsp Parsley
Garlic Powder to taste

Directions
Arrange half the zucchini slices in the bottom of a microwave-safe casserole dish, spoon half of the prepared pasta over the zucchini, followed by a layer of tomatoes. Repeat layers ending with tomatoes. Sprinkle parsley and garlic powder on the top. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1-2 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender. Serve.

Beef Stroganoff

1 pkt WonderSlim® Creamy Alfredo Pasta Mix
1 cup Warm Water
2 oz 95% Lean Ground Beef,
1 tbsp Cooking Sherry
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Fat-free Sour Cream

Directions
Sauté ground beef and onion until cooked through. Drain any fat thoroughly and reserve. Place contents of packet in a medium size microwave-safe bowl. Add water and cooking sherry and mix thoroughly. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 6 minutes, stirring thoroughly halfway through cooking time. Add ground beef mixture and mix. Return to microwave and cook 2 more minutes or until sauce has thickened. (Heating times may vary due to difference in microwave ovens). Sauce will continue to thicken upon standing (1-2 minutes). Add sour cream and serve immediately.

Shrimp Alfredo w. Asparagus

1 pkt WonderSlim® Creamy Alfredo Pasta Mix
1 cup Water
2 oz Medium Shrimp, fresh cooked
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Tarragon
1/2 cup Asparagus Spears, cooked

Directions
Prepare Creamy Alfredo Pasta according to package directions. Add shrimp, lemon and spice during the last 30 seconds of cooking to heat shrimp. Serve over hot, cooked asparagus spears.
