I was looking for something I could get more protein out of and get it quickly. The Taste is nothing to write home about, but you have to get your protein....and in some water is ok...you have to do what you have to do.

I used this product right after workout and I got upset stomach, diarrhea I tried one more time and again I got sick, upset stomach and diarrhea other products are good but this is nightmare !!

Had the gastric by pass and need the protein and i have tried n spent a lot. I bought this at GNC i tried the fruit punch , orange and grape. Grape is the best. Not just it self , to sweet for that but i mix it with a bottle of water n tastes like crystal lite grape mix. Not bad at all. I am going to buy more.

I am not your typical Gastric Bypass patient. I lost 40% of my stomach due to a surgical error. I was not over weight or needed to lose even a few pounds. I was given no guidance or info on what to eat, what to avoid & how much to eat for 6 long months after surgery. I spent many long weeks in & out of the hospital, for what I now know to have been severe Dumping Syndrome. My "New" Dr had me attend his nutrition class where I learned of Bariatric Choice and much more. The company has truly been a life saver for me. Just had lap-band and was looking was looking for easy way to get my protein like most on here. over the last few weeks i tried most of the flavors. I would stay away from blue rasbery but the watermelon is out standing mixd with a little bit of water. it is a quick way for me to get my protein.

I have been using this product for over 2 years. I like the variety of colors but all the tastes seem to be so similar. They new-and-improved it last year but the taste went down-hill. I like the convenience of it. I can drink half and get 21 as a full meal. I have taken to trying to break them into 3 to have three snack size portions to have with a carb but it is difficult. I wish someone made a 1-2 oz little jar or bottle so I can bring it with me.

I tried the Blue Raspberry thinking I could take half a bottle one day as a supplement and the other half the next day. The consistency was heavy syrup that almost tasted like over ripe raspberries and the smell was awful. Not recommended.
