First, in order to utilize this feature, you need to have an online account. Once you are signed into your account, you can access the Refer-A-Friend Program page in the My Account section of our site. There, you will find your unique referral information, can send emails to anyone you wish to invite, and even track the status of those invitations you have sent.

Once you have accessed the Refer A Friend Program page, you’ll see a variety of options available to you.

  • Your Referral URL:
    Distribute this url to your friends and family, and when they click through to register on our site, your referral information will be automatically entered for them. There is even an option to post your referral url to your Facebook or Twitter pages!
  • Your Referral Code:
    A unique code tied to your account that you can provide to anyone you wish to refer. When they register for an account on our site, they will then be given the opportunity to enter your referral code.
  • Your Referral Email:
    Referees may enter your email address when they complete their account registration, in order to credit you as the one who referred them.
  • By email:
    Simply enter the names and email addresses of the people you would like to refer to us, and our system will send them an email that includes your referral information.

Your Referral Code can be found in your Refer-A-Friend Program page within the My Account section. You can give this code to anyone you wish to refer to our site. You may also give them your email address to enter at registration.

Invite your friends, coworkers, fellow dieters or anyone you think may enjoy shopping with us. You may refer anyone who has never previously registered with us (our system will tell you if you try to send an email to someone who is already registered) or has not been referred by someone else. You may not refer yourself or anyone at the same physical address.

No. You will continue to earn Reward Credits for every new qualified customer that orders from us as a result of your referral. Please note that only their first order of $75 or more is eligible for Rewards Credits.

When someone you have successfully referred places their first order of $75 or more with us, you will earn $10 in Rewards Credits automatically! In order to track this order back to you as the referrer, your friend must use your referral information when they register for an account.

Your Referral Tracker appears at the bottom of the Refer-A-Friend Program page within your account. Here, you can see any email invitations you have sent and the status of those invitations. You may also elect to be notified by email when you earn Rewards Credits from referrals. Any available Rewards Credits that you have earned can be viewed in the My Rewards section of your account.

At checkout, you will be given the option to redeem Rewards Credits on your order (note: you must be logged into your account to see available credits; the Checkout as a Guest option will not contain your account information). Rewards Credits are valid for 60 days.

You must first register for an online account with the referral code or email address provided to you. Once you have created an online account, $10 in Rewards Credits will automatically be placed into your account and available to redeem on your order of $75+ at checkout. We are unable to provide Rewards Credits for Guest checkout transactions, since they must be tied to your account.

Yes; Rewards Credits are valid for 60 days and must be used in entirety - they will not be allowed to carry over and cannot exceed the merchandise subtotal.
