Curried Chicken Taco Salad Beef Stroganoff Shrimp Alfredo w. Asparagus

Curried Chicken

1 pkt WonderSlim® Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix
4-6 oz Water
1 cup Chopped Spinach or Broccoli (pre-cooked)
2 oz Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless (pre-cooked)
2 tbsp Fat Free Creamy Salad Dressing
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Paprika

Directions
Combine the Chicken & Vegetable Cream soup with water and cook as directed. (If a thicker sauce consistency is desired use additional 4 oz of water one tablespoon at a time) Cook spinach or broccoli and chicken as desired. Combine Salad Dressing, Lemon Juice, Curry Powder and Paprika in a small bowl. Mix in chicken and vegetable of choice. Serve warm. If additional heat in temperature is needed microwave for 40 to 80 seconds.

Taco Salad

1 pkt WonderSlim® Vegetarian Joe Mix
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 small Tomato, cut in chunks
4-6 Bibb Lettuce Leaves
1 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
1 tbsp Fat Free Taco Cheese
1 tbsp Sliced Black Olives

Directions
Prepare the Vegetarian Sloppy Joe according to package instruction. Stir in chili powder. Wash the lettuce leaves and tomato and arrange on a plate. Spoon the Sloppy Joe on top of the lettuce. Layer on taco cheese, sour cream and olives.

Beef Stroganoff

1 pkt WonderSlim® Creamy Alfredo Pasta Mix
1 cup Warm Water
2 oz 95% Lean Ground Beef,
1 tbsp Cooking Sherry
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Fat-free Sour Cream

Directions
Sauté ground beef and onion until cooked through. Drain any fat thoroughly and reserve. Place contents of packet in a medium size microwave-safe bowl. Add water and cooking sherry and mix thoroughly. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 6 minutes, stirring thoroughly halfway through cooking time. Add ground beef mixture and mix. Return to microwave and cook 2 more minutes or until sauce has thickened. (Heating times may vary due to difference in microwave ovens). Sauce will continue to thicken upon standing (1-2 minutes). Add sour cream and serve immediately.

Shrimp Alfredo w. Asparagus

1 pkt WonderSlim® Creamy Alfredo Pasta Mix
1 cup Water
2 oz Medium Shrimp, fresh cooked
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Tarragon
1/2 cup Asparagus Spears, cooked

Directions
Prepare Creamy Alfredo Pasta according to package directions. Add shrimp, lemon and spice during the last 30 seconds of cooking to heat shrimp. Serve over hot, cooked asparagus spears.
