Directions/Recipes:

HIGH ENERGY DRINK

Mix one scoop with eight ounces of low fat milk, fruit juice, or water.

ZERO-CARB PANCAKES/WAFFLES

3 scoops of CARBTHIN
1/2 c. water, seltzer, or club soda
3 eggs

Mix thoroughly. Cook. Pour on favorite zero-calorie flavored sryup.

LO-CARB CHOCOLATE NUT COOKIES

1 c. CARBTHIN
Artificial sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. chopped peanuts

Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another. Add dry mixture to wet mixture. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

LO-CARB CHOCOLATE CAKE
(5g carb/whole cake)

3 scoops chocolate CARBTHIN
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick butter (softened)
2 tbsp. chocolate No-Cal Syrup
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar substitute
4 tsp. powdered egg whites
1/4 c warm water

Whip powdered egg whites & set aside. Mix together CARBTHIN, baking powder and sugar substitute. Add softened butter, eggs and water. Fold in powdered egg whites. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

I add this to my decaf coffee in place of milk/creamer to get my protein requirements in for the day. Mixes better than some of the other protein supplements (although there are still a few clumps). Tastes like a rich French vanilla latte.
