Mix one scoop with eight ounces of low fat milk, fruit juice, or water.


3 scoops of CARBTHIN
1/2 c. water, seltzer, or club soda
3 eggs

Mix thoroughly. Cook. Pour on favorite zero-calorie flavored sryup.


Artificial sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. chopped peanuts

Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another. Add dry mixture to wet mixture. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

(5g carb/whole cake)

3 scoops chocolate CARBTHIN
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick butter (softened)
2 tbsp. chocolate No-Cal Syrup
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar substitute
4 tsp. powdered egg whites
1/4 c warm water

Whip powdered egg whites & set aside. Mix together CARBTHIN, baking powder and sugar substitute. Add softened butter, eggs and water. Fold in powdered egg whites. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

This product is terrible. It does not mix up thin enough to pour out pancakes like described in the recipe. It was a big, thick glob. Adding additional water did not help at all. I still tried to grill the pancakes - but they came out raw on the inside. The taste - even of the edges that were "cooked" were horrible. Also, it only comes with 3 or 4 recipes on the label, and I could not find any other recipes online that used this product. It comes with a "money back guarantee", but you have to PAY to ship it back. I shipped back 4 products total and it cost ME $14 to send them all back. Basically, I PAID this company to taste THEIR products. Complete waste. i will not be ordering anything from them again.
