If you have had gastric bypass, these are not for you. They have calcium carbonate in them, which can no longer be absorbed into your body. Still searching for a product that has calcium citrate that doesn't taste horrible. Disappointed that the calcium section of this website does not specify what type of calcium is in every product. Was so excited to try these based on the review that I paid to get these overnight, and even tried one, then read the packaging to find out that I just ingested 30 calories that did nothing for me nutrition wise.

I loved these. You need two of them for your daily calcium needs which is half of other items. So check against the other chews and they are about the same cost. These taste so good. It's like having a little candy bar each day. You don't realize its calcium at all. I highly recommend it. It's worth the price. Yum-O!!

Expensive and so tasty, I never imagined a chocolate covered caramel could give me such a smooth calcium candy taste. I tried Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chewy Bites, they were gritty - yeeech, not my idea of something fudgy let alone yummy. I strongly suggest Calcium Bites.

I was told by the nutritionist to take my calcium before bed and I have been happy with all the calcium chew products. When I tried these, I ordered more right away! I have 2 friends that went through Bariatric Surgery and I share all of my opinions with them.
