I'm 4 weeks post-op and was really starting to miss something with texture....this hit the spot. The White Cheddar has great flavor and is a huge portion (split it into 2 servings). For a snack this absolutely hits the spot. I will be trying the other flavors.

The only thing that makes me sicker than aspartame or sucralose is MSG. So, when I see a high-protein salty snack (or any salty snack for that matter) that is MSG-free, you know I'm all over it.
These were super yummy. They're definitely salty, but at 400-420mg of sodium per serving, that's still lower than some of the high-protein soups. And at 120 calories, 40% of which are from protein, this is a great low-cal, high-protein mid-afternoon hunger buster. Definitely satisfying!
I've only tried the Sour Cream & Onion because the Taco Cheese was out of stock at the time, but I will be trying the Taco Cheese next.
These are so good I'm making sure to buy in low quantity so I'm not tempted to overeat them!! No extra discounts for me on these...

I like the puffy crunch and there is a hint of potato along with the sour cream flavor. A satisfying snack to have with the hubby when he is eating his chips. The crunch is light and airy and the sour cream flavor is not overwhelming.

I tried the taco cheese flavour and liked the crunch and the base taste, but for my taste they are too spicy and I am not too much into mexican food and they very much taste like that. My husband loved them, though. I am going to taste the other flavour,too, because I really like the consistency and mouthfeel of these puffs.
