At first I was skeptical when I seen the "dry" package. But was surprised with how much the package actually made. I've added tuna for tuna casserole and I've also made it into spicy taco soup! Just added Additional water, shredded chicken and 1/3 cup salsa.

First off, I would recommend cooking this product on the stove top. I popped it into the microwave as instructed (they dont offer stove stop directions) and it boiled over everywhere. I had to toss it out. So my next attempt I decided to cook it on the stovetop. It came out perfect. The noodles are small and easy to handle and the sauce has a very nice flavor; similar to Alfredo but without all the fat and calories. I did not however taste any chicken or see any (not sure if there was supposed to be chicken in there or just flavor). I am 2 months out from Gastric Bypass so this is great having the prepacked food. I was full after eating almost a full cooked pack which is 2 oz. My "pouch" is appx 4-5 oz right now. I will be purchasing more and bringing them to work for easy, filling meals.

This Chicken Pasta has a little more flavor than Alfredo Pasta and even has little bits of carrots in the mix. This will be a staple for me from now on!
