This doesn't have much protein but when you need that crunch and carrots are not doing it for you, try these. Nice snack while watching TV without a lot of sugar!!

Why did I wait for a year and a half before trying these? A very satisfying snack with GREAT flavor (all four varieties). I dunk them in black coffee or Bariatric Hot Chocolate. These are sooooo good, it's hard to maintain an inventory!

I was hesitant to try these because I love biscotti and I was afraid they would taste like sawdust. Well, surprise, surprise! They taste like biscotti should taste and almost no calories. I can eat three with my morning coffee and WonderSlim cappuccino and feel like I'm splurging but I'm not! Yeah!
