The Almond Chip is great and comes in a zip top bag. These are pure carbs but at least you feel like you ate something because of the crunch. 15 calories is a snack you can manage!
More flavors please! I would like to see a cherry chip.

My, My! These are so delicious. The crunchy texture satisfies that need I have to crunch and the taste is great. I have to buy at least two bags at a time to make sure I have them on hand! My friends don't believe I can have such a tasty snack on my food plan! (Updated on 9/10/2009.)

One of these is perfect with some protein cocoa or other hot drink. I especially love the almond chip. They're awesome spread with a bit of peanut butter for a quick pick-me-up. My latest bag lists it as having even fewer cals now, which is even better!

I tried the lemon and the chocolate chip and both were great. Crunchy and tasty they satisfy that urge for something sweet and bread-like, without the calories. Only 28 calories per bar (but they are SMALL) the challenge is to only eat one or two. Since they are very dry, they can sit on your shelf for a week as you nibble through them without losing their tasts. I'd definitly buy them again.
