We have designed a meal plan to best meet the nutritional needs and optimal calories per day for women. Based on the concept of “meal replacement”, the women’s weight loss plan delivers an easy to follow healthy eating plan with delicious and convenient WonderSlim weight loss foods.
Nutritionally designed, this high protein diet plan eliminates the need for counting calories. By simply following the daily meal plan, you will eat every 2-3 hours and still achieve calories per day equal to a 1,000 calorie diet or 1,200 calorie diet plan.
