Raspberry Mint Parfait
Mix 4 ounces of cold water and 1 CocoMint Pudding/Shake Mix. Place ½ pudding in parfait glass. Add ¼ cup fresh or thawed raspberries on top. Spoon on top of the fruit a second layer of pudding. Garnish with 2 or 3 additional raspberries and whipped topping.
