Cheesy Zucchini and Tomato Casserole
Arrange half the zucchini slices in the bottom of a microwave-safe casserole dish, spoon half of the prepared pasta over the zucchini, followed by a layer of tomatoes. Repeat layers ending with tomatoes. Sprinkle parsley and garlic powder on the top. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1-2 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender. Serve.
