I think that the best way to get the powder into the very hot water is to mix it with a fork. It does seem to make it better. I also am careful not to get the water too hot or it will cause the protein in 'clump' together. Below boiling is best. Then I do add a small amount of milk to cool the temp and am able to drink then and not wait to let it cool on it's own. The taste is more like cocoa and not milk chocolate, which is more to my taste.
