B12 vitamins

These little vitamins sure pack a punch in taste and value. I have been taking them since my surgery Sept 2012, and my Dr actually asked me to back off from taking them every day because I am getting to much B12. I was really suprised by this because just a few months earlier I was B12 depleted. I now take 3x a week instead of everyday and Im now back on track. I HIGHLY recommend these.

Had Roux-En-Y in November 2010 and lost more than 120 pounds in next 6 months (283 pounds to 163 pounds). B-12 levels were never an issue because this was waiting at home ready to take when I came home from the hospital. Would recommend to anyone concerned about maintaining excellent B-12 levels for health and energy.

I had bariatric surgery 2 and 1/2 years ago. My b-12 levels have always been great - this product was recommended by the clinic that performed my surgery and I've taken it since the beginning. I tried one other brand and it melted more quickly but I prefer this one especially after reading that by melting under your tongue more slowly, you absorb more. Great taste and great results!

I love B-12 sublingual is the greatest! As my age goes up, I need the B-12 to pick me up! And the flavor of the pill is yummy!

I have recommended these to even those without bariatric surgery. Taste good. Easy to take as I run out the door to work. My blood levels have always been great since surgery using these. Took time off them during an illness.......paid the price. Back on. Just remember they're built to dissolve. They won't hold up in pill holders especially with high humidity. Nothing like finding all your meds in a big glob with these and the iron glued together. Learned the hard way. Thank you BC, these beat any over the counter.

This product is great! My Dr. recommended 500 mcg per day, so I just split them in half. Great service too!
