Product Description

Bariatric Advantage Dry Vitamin D Capsules
60 Capsules Per Bottle

This water-miscible "dry" vitamin D comes in a small, easy to swallow capsule. Each capsule provides 5000 IU of vitamin D as cholecalciferol (D3). This form of vitamin D is far more bioactive than D2 which is often used in other high-potency vitamin D products.  Vitamin D deficiency is common among individuals dealing with obesity. Many bariatric surgeons recommend a vitamin D supplement after most forms of bariatric surgery. This high-potency product can be used to support healthy vitamin D levels in individuals who are having difficulty getting enough of this essential nutrient. The water-miscible powder is a good choice for patients with malabsorption of fat.

so far, so good

I am taking these after being diagnosed (again) with Vitamin D deficiency at 10 years post Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass. These are small and easy to take. Will know more when I get next labs in 2 months.
