I put two servings of the non flavored crystals on a bottle of Power aid Zero. That way by the time I have consumed one power aid throughout the day I have gotten my daily allowance of calcium

I found this product to be very sweet. I could not find a way to use it that I did not just end up dumping it out. I ordered the unflavored type thinking it could be added to tea or lemon water or just water, but it did not work for me. I was able to return it for the lemon-lime flavor, which I will review as soon as I receive it and try it out. Since I will be on Calcium supplements the rest of my life, I am always looking for a new, tasty, and easy to absorb supplement. I am looking forward to trying the new chews by Bariatric Advantage that should be available some time this year. (Updated on 1/6/2009.)
