These capsules are great if you are tired of the chewable brands. I take two with every meal (total of 6 per day) and its easily swallowed and seems to absorb easily as well.

Also like that there are some nutrients in the capsule that are not available in the chewable. For a capsule they are mid size but have found them easy to swallow. Just wish it could be a few less than 6 a day. I break it up to 3 times a day but sometimes have trouble remembering the last doses of the day.

I am 4 years out from RNY - maintaining over 100 pound loss and religious about my vitamins. Can not do the chews so these capsules are great - and my labs are great.

I know the vitamins are big, but I will swear by these. My hair started falling out and my skin was not looking healthy. BUT I started taking the multivitamins and WOW... No more hair loss. I have been taking these for 3 yrs and still order and recommend to family who have not had the bypass surgery. They take 3 instead of 6, but it's worth it to me and my whole body. The chewable Bariatric vitamins weren't working for me, they were disgusting to put it simply. I went through a rough time finding a vitamin that was comparable to my needs until I discovered Bariatric's Choice website and found these easy to swallow capsules. I am so excited that I don't have to chew a chalky vitamin 4 times a day anymore!!!!

I will definitely keep purchasing these, the price is also right too. Thanks for making a non chewable vitamin!!

The description says the pills are small when in fact they are rather large. In order to get the amounts of nutrients on the bottle you have to take 6 of them a day. Good Heavans, I had bariatric surgery so I could stop taking pills - not add to them.

I will not purchase again and would had returned them if I had not opened the bottle.

As you all know after WLS it's so important to get all the vitamins we can. I like these vitamins although I wish we didn't have to take 6 at a time. For me they were very hard to swallow. Luckily I can get them down when I drink my Wonderslim shake in the morning. The first day I took them with a glass of water, all 6 of them came right back up. Next I tried with the protein shake success.

I read some reviews that mentioned the pills being too big and the fact that you had to take in multiples of 6. The capsules can be opened up and sprinkled into soft food (I put them in my protein drinks, cottage cheese, etc) and that works if you don't want to swallow a pill. And as far as the 6 a day go, I take two with each of my three main meals and it works beautifully since you have to have 3+ meals a day anyway. And....there's no sorbitol or mannitol or xylitol to upset the tummy....a great product....much better than the chewables I had from another company that had all kinds of fillers besides either sugar or artificial sweeteners. And the price, compared to other brands is good. My blood work has been excellent so far (I'm 6 months out from RNY). (Updated on 6/7/2012.)

I have used this since my surgery in 2006, and have always been right on target with my labs. I highly recommend.

I was surprised to discover that these pills were large in size. The bottle indicates to take 6 pills per day. That is not my idea of a multi-vitamin. I will use up the bottle and not re-order this item again.
