Like Eating Pure Chalk

These sounded so promising, and I had been missing the taste of chocolate, but eating these lozenges was no more pleasant than eating a large stick of chalk from the blackboard. I tried to get used to them, but they were truly awful, and I threw the whole container out. On the other hand, the chewables are great in chocolate and lemon, just not as much calcium citrate as the chalk!

This calcium supplement is very palatable. I especially like the cinnamon flavor. The vitamin D included with the calcium is D3 which I have recently learned is the best D supplement to take. Using this supplement 2 to 3 times a day is sufficient to maintain healthy calcium levels – my lab work has always come back with good levels.

The cinnamon is my favorite

At first the texture puts you off but these are great if you give them a chance! The cinnamon is my favorite because if you bite into it, which you're not supposed to do, it gives a bite back forcing me to let it dissolve as intended. They remind me of red hearts. The chocolates taste just like dutched cocoa, and when you can't have your choco fix this is a wonderful thing! The Wild Cherry which I thought would be my favorite are actually a bit sweet for my new palate. I haven't tried the mint. All in all I'm getting my calcium in a tasty treat AND they are 0 calories so it's a no brainer. The Citrical chews taste good, but they have 35 calories per chew... that's 105 calories you're wasting on your calcium supplement when you could be enjoying Bariatric Advantage lozenges instead!
