Good Package

I've been doing the diet plan for two weeks now. I've sampled most of the food in the package. Most have been very good except the soups aren't that great. Meals can be prepared quickly, which I like. I plan to continue with this diet. It offers plenty of food choices. The food is filling and I am rarely hungry.

Great Diet Program and good taste

This is the first diet plan that I have ever done. So I don't have anything to base this off of but this is a Great diet program. Lost 6.25 lbs the first week. As long as you eat what the plan states and when they say, you will not be hungry. The shakes are good and packed with vit. and min. just make sure you eat green vegs with lots of potassium at night for your lean/green meals and you will do fine.

Good package but too many sweets

I like all the food so far, except for the soups, they are glue. The package should have more savory snacks instead of so many bars and desserts........WAY too many sweets. I ordered some of the crunchy snacks separately and they are good, lots of crunch. I won't order the "package" deal again, unless it changes. It has too many sweets and only the cereal is crunchy. For those who have had gastric bypass, one of the things we miss the most is crunch. Mix it up a bit and the package deals would be AWESOME!

This diet works for me. About 4 years ago I went on a doctor supervised diet using many of the Wonderslim shakes, bars, and other similar products. I lost over 50 pounds on this diet, and was just a few more away from my goal weight of 200 pounds (I am 6'3').



Foolishly I stopped the diet and went back to over eating, etc. The harder part of dieting is once you lose the weight, keeping it off. But this diet will get the weight off you.



My doctor supervised diet was 900 calories a day. Mostly bars and shakes. This diet is much easier at about 1500 calories, and in the 10 days I have been on it I have lost a bit over 9 pounds. I am not hungry, and once in a while I have an extra shake or bar or other item.



I recommend ordering the 4 week starter. When you re-order you can change it around a bit. For example, I do not like the chicken soup, and asked for them to substitute tomato soup. Did the same thing with a few other items I did not like.



Don't cheat. Just have an extra Wonderslim product once in a while if you need it. The weight should just fall off if you do the diet. I am already pulling in my belt two notches from where it was 10 days ago. I just need to figure out how to maintain once I get to my goal.

I have been on this 4 week diet plan for 8 days now & have lost 7 lbs. Good start & the food is amazing. I love the shakes/smoothies especially & the fact I get desserts is sweet, too. I even love the soups. I'm hoping I continue the weight loss, but I think I will do just fine 'cause I don't get hungry all the time like I have on other diets. I eat every 2-3 hours or drink a shake/smoothie & have a sensible dinner & it works out great. I'm not tired all the time & hungry like on the Atkins diet. It seems to fill me up just right & w/o over stuffing myself. Portion control is my weakness & with this I am able to control that & I'm not binge eating or eating comfort foods. I would recommend this to anyone that is ready to put forth the effort to lose weight because with this plan there's not too awful much effort you have to put forth! Thanks!

These are all great tasting products, but it's a dizzying assortment when you first open the box. I found it helped to sort out 4 days of food into 4 plastic bags - each day, I'd grab a bag, and be out the door for work.

I would have like to see more of the crunchy/salty types of snacks - pretzel bows, chocolate soy crunchies, etc, since work is sometimes too crazy for even mixing a shake or pudding, and every one of the supplements involved some sort of prep - easy, just always in need of the mix and serve thing. How about some quick grab supplements? (Updated on 3/22/2011.)

This program is very easy to follow. The meal plans makes it very easy to plan daily meals. The food taste really good. I will purchase these items again and again. I am so glad I found this website for WLS patients to use.My favorites are: Chocolate Cream pudding for breakfast and Chocolate Mint Cream pudding. Smoothies are GREAT!!!!

The food tastes great. I used to be on Medifast and switched over to Wonderslim because the price was much more economical. Same weight loss as before, but this time the food tastes better and there's more products to choose from. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to lose weight.

The following are general guidelines for the WonderSlim Diet Plan:

  1. You may also use spices, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, sugar free gelatin, and listed beverages as desired.
  2. Take 1 multivitamin, 2 to 4 EFA softgels, and drink at least 8 cups of water or non-caloric beverage daily.
  3. Foods may be rearranged within one day to meet your schedule or personal preferences.
  4. Use the Food Selection List on the back of your meal plan to plan your Lean/Green Meal, Fruit selection, and to create a shopping list.
  5. Prepare food in Lean/Green Meal by Baking, Boiling, Broiling, Grilling, Roasting or Steaming. NO Frying!
  6. Consume ALL Meal Replacements and Supplements as directed for optimum nutritional intake, support of lean muscle and to curb hunger.
