Directions:
- Pour contents of one packet into a large glass or blender.
- Add 2 cups (500ml) cold water.

The Vanilla I would recommend as it is delightful in the morning as a breakfast shake. It is really really thick but can be thinned out if you want and it keeps the flavor. The chocolate is average, bought it to try it not my favorite, I love the vanilla.

When I first tried this I was not impressed with the taste or texture. It's to thick and the flavor is bland. So I played around with adding some NECTAR TWISTED CHERRY till I had the taste I wanted and then ate it like a pudding. Not bad with some doctoring up.

I have been using another brand, since last March and it tasted pretty good. I was told this product was really good and cost effective. Let me tell you, I tried the chocolate and it is god awful. It has a very bitter and has a nasty after taste. Not worth the price, even if it were FREE!

I use the meal replacement shakes when I don't have time to make a meal. I really like them--smooth and creamy. I prefer the vanilla flavor over the chocolate but both are good. The chocolate is a lot sweeter.

I got this as a sample and would highly recommend it. Put it in the blender with nonfat milk, it got thick and tastes GREAT! With 2 cups of milk you have 16g of protein plus the drink has 35g = 51 grams of protein! Calories 230 + 180 from nonfat milk = 410 calories. It is very filling.
