I love my fru fru coffee, and was sad to give it up following gastric bypass surgery, however, there are things in life I’d like to do more, rather than enjoy fru fru coffee. However, I found this and have to say I'm impressed.
It does get a little sweet towards the end of it, however I have found that adding some decaf instant coffee adds a little more coffee flavor, and I also mix it with 1 cup of milk instead of the water, to give it another 8g of protein.
Seriously, 1 cup of coffee and I just took in 23g of protein, and I only paid about $1.57 a serving?! You can't get breakfast for that much, much less a cup of coffee!
Buy this if you like fru fru coffee drinks. BUY IT!!!!!! (before I buy them out of stock, :D)

I strongly prefer the cocoa. Overall the cappuccino & Vanilla flavors are too sweet and coffee flavor is not robust enough. The caffeine content is not provided, so I felt I needed to limit this to breakfast to play it safe -- perhaps unnecessarily.

I am a cappuccino lover and have struggled finding sugar free mixes that are low calorie. I finally found one that has become a favorite. It is only 35 calories.
I have found that I am trying to incorporate the protein in my diet now because of weight issues. I have had to postpone my bariatric surgery because of other health problems, but decided I still wanted to follow the bariatric diets to see if this can help me on my own. This cappuccino is excellent. Great flavor, but a little sweet. I usually have to take one envelope and use it to make two cups, as all in one serving is way too sweet. However, an excellent flavor and mixes great. I will continue to buy this product. Wonderful!! I will use this and alternate with my other sugar free cappuccino. Again, excellent product!!! Gave it a 4 star instead of a 5, only because it is so sweet that I can't use it as directed for only 1 serving.

I really like this product . The coffee flavor is great and the amount of protein is 15 grams! For gastric by pass patients this protein is a God send in the morning. What a great way to start the day with a coffee drink that gives you 15 grams of needed protein right away! That is 15 of the 70 grams that are required daily! Within the next hour I have 2 poached eggs and 2 turkey bacon slices and completes my breakfast with more protein!
I just ordered 3 more boxes of amaretto cappuccino before I am out of the regular flavor.
