This is my first review and I'm 6 months post-op. Start every day with this product. It mixes easily with water or coffee. Even took it on a cruise with me. The Cappuccino is not as sweet as the Vanilla or Amaretto, which can be a welcome change. Order them every time.

I've used the Cappuccino flavor for almost 2 years, and it never gets boring! I add a few drops of a flavor extract, such as peppermint, almond, cherry, orange, rum, brandy, or chocolate, and I have a new flavor every time! I always double or even triple the water called for, add a little half and half, and a packet of stevia. In the winter, I drink it hot. In the summer, I put it in a shaker, then put it in the freezer. I shake it once every hour, for up to 4 hours, and I have a great frozen slush drink or a granita ice! This product has not only helped me with my daily protein intake, but also my hydration. I drink it almost everyday!

The cappuccino is great. I look forward to having a cup when I get off work. I used to buy the Starbucks cappuccino every day, but I actually prefer the BariWise. It tastes great and I'm not getting a bunch of carbs.

Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely deeeeelicious. I love Amaretto and I love coffee. What a great product, plus the benefit of protein. Now I'll probably try the other flavors. Only ordered Amaretto in first order.

I was a regular coffee/cappuccino drinker before surgery and thought I would have to give it up post op.
